Competition Terms

Here are our competition terms and condition.

  1. Eligibility:

    • This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (UK) only.
    • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    • Only one entry per TikTok account will be registered. Multiple entries from the same account will be disqualified.

  2. Competition Period:

    • The competition begins on 09th of August 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT+1 on the 20th of August 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

  3. How to Enter:

    • To enter the competition, participants must submit any comment on the main competition post.
    • By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  4. Winner Selection and Notification:

    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
    • The winner will be contacted directly through TikTok by our official account, within 7 days of the competition closing date.
    • The winner must respond within 72 hours of the notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, an alternative winner will be selected.

  5. Prize:

    • The prize A Warhammer Age of Sigmar Extremis Set will be shipped to the winner's provided address. The winner will be required to provide their shipping address upon notification of winning.
    • No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  6. General Conditions:

    • We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entrant who does not meet the requirements or who tampers with the entry process.
    • We are not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or interruptions that may prevent participants from entering the competition or for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.
    • By entering the competition, participants grant us the right to use their TikTok handle and entry content for promotional purposes related to this competition without additional compensation.
    • The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, TikTok. Participants understand that they are providing their information to NeoComputers LTD T/A D6 Den and not to TikTok.
    • We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties outside of our control.

  7. Data Protection:

  8. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
